| Splashes wins the Hirsch’s Cook Off 2010
Splashes competed against 2 chefs in the Hirsch’s Cook Off and the theme was winter warmers. Our head chef, Nick, prepared a butternut soup for starters, a Pepperbell Fillet with avo and feta as mains and Kahlua Pancakes for dessert. This was all cooked in the space of 1 hr at the entrance to Hirsch’s and was judged by Allan Hirsch, Peter G from East Cost Radio, Ramona from Elba and Kelly, the PR from Hirsch’s. They were judged on choice of menu, presentation, taste and food preparation.
